SHIPPING

• FREE Ground Shipping on Big Train orders of $95 or more. (Only continental United States)
• With most items you have the option of either UPS or the US Post Office.
• Shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based.
• There is a built in discount for orders over 200 pounds.
• US Post Office Rates include Delivery Confirmation and insurance.
• International shipping does not include import fees.
• All items ship same business day if received by Noon CST unless otherwise noted.
• Custom Roasted Coffee Orders take 1-2 additional days.
• Restaurant supplies are shipped once a week so there can be up to 5 business days processing time. See individual items for shipping dates.

RETURNS

• All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery of item(s).
• Please include packing receipt and contact information on all returned items.
• Charlie Bean reserved the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on all items eligible for return if the item cannot be sold as new.
• All refunds will be less shipping & handling charges.
• All costs associated with returning an item must be paid by the buyer.
• All of our coffees are custom roasted when ordered, therefore, we are sorry but no returns are permitted on roasted coffee when delivered as advertised.
• Any opened consumable item may not be returned.
You must call us before sending back an item for return. No returns will be accepted without contacting the company first. Once an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number has been given and you are cleared for a return, you have 30 days from that date to return your item.
